Thundersprint
UK 2006
Here is a picture of Brid Caveney
at the Thundersprint 06.
It is a sprint, held annually in Northwich
Cheshire UK. Unlike most
sprints, this one is set over just 1/4 mile
-- with 3 major turns in it !!
Weather was a little damp, which made it
very tricky --- considering
there wasn't a great deal of run off !! We
ended up 4th in class, --
however, came home with the great looking
Vanson suit little the worse
for wear !!
The whole meeting attracted a huge crowd
over the 2 days -- local
police estimates were over 130,000, which
is pretty amazing, for a
usually sleepy little countryside town. Other
Stars that competed were Multi time FIM World
Champion Jim Redman, the legendary Sammy
Miller, and
current British Superbike star
Leon Haslam, to name but a few.

The suit is awesome !! Our Bonneville World
Record attempt was rained out, which is
a pain, -- however, it gives us more time
to
