Dealer Of The Month honors are shared by two
shops in Hamburg,
Germany. Rider's Room Classics and Flying
Monkeys each cater to a different
segment of the Hamburg motorcycle market and
together they are the face of
Vanson Leathers in northern Germany.
Rider's Room Classics on
Thadenstrasse is one of our oldest dealers
in Germany. In business since 1995 Sven Eden
has offered a selection of classic Vanson
styles alongside vintage British bikes and
their related parts and accessories. Sven's
selection of Vanson includes police jackets
and tradtional motorcycle styles in both horsehide
and competition weight cowhide. Rider's Room
Classics is a destination for anyone who aspires
to the rocker look and lifestyle.

Flying
Monkeys on Eppendorfer Weg has the bright
but spartan look of a
gallery devoted to Vanson Leathers. Red
Walls, gold framed mirrors and wooden
ladders supporting copper pipes for racks
create an atmosphere that present the
coats as wearable art. Chris Gibbs focuses
on the competition and fashion aspects
of Vanson, including custom race suits
and multi-colored jackets as well as more
casual streetwear styles.
These
two shops, both very different, make full
use of the variety of styles and looks
available from Vanson and they have each
created an atmosphere as individual as
the handmade coats they sell. You can
