Week at Vanson Measuring for Custom Garments

11) Sleeve Length
From shoulder bone (same as #10) to elbow to center of wrist bone, with arm at side.


12) Nape of Neck to Wrist
Place fist in front of chest keeping arm parallel to floor. Take measurement from base of neck (where the vertebrae protrudes from the spine), to shoulder bone, then around bent elbow to center of wrist bone.

13) Wrist to Inner Elbow
Bend arm, find crease, measure from crease line to wrist with arm straight down.
14) Bicep
Measure around the widest part of the bicep with muscle flexed.
15) Forearm
Measure around the widest part (about 2 down from elbow crease) with muscle flexed (make a fist).
16) Wrist
Around wrist bone at center of wrist (just below the base of the hand).
X 17) Outseam from Waist
Move tape slide buckle along the elastic belt to the point shown (make sure the belt is still at the bellybutton and still parallel to the floor).Measure from waist down the outside of the leg to center of anklebone with tape against body.
X 18) Waist to Knee
Move tape slide buckle along the elastic belt to the outseam (as shown in measurement #17). Measure from the waist down the outside of the leg to center of knee at side.
19) Thigh
Measure around thigh about 2 below crotch (with pants pulled up snug and tape parallel to floor).
X 20) Waist to Thigh
Move tape slide buckle along the elastic belt to the outseam as shown in measurement #19. Measure from the waist down the leg to where you have just taken thigh measurement (#19).
