When cut in Cordura this jacket has a trim fit. CE armor at Shoulders and
Elbows is standard. Back-Pad included. Waistband is adjustable from 44
to 40.

originally formulated by DuPont for use as cording in
radial tires - hence the name CORDURA. These yarns are
extremely tough with good abrasion resistance. A 3/4 oz.
polyurethane coating on the inside makes the material
water-resistant and strengthens the weave. This material
has very minimal stretch. It can also fade when exposed
to strong ultraviolet light.
Special colors available at time of order upon request.

dry-cleaned as this will damage the coating and seriously
harm the fabric integrity. Garments made from
Cordura should be hosed off with cool water and air-dried.

GREY Waxed Cotton Jacket with Black Sleeve Stripes.
10.10 oz. Army Duck is Made in the USA.
The name Duck is the anglicised
version of the Dutch word Doek - which means cloth. This
material features equal warp and fill threads in the weave
which results in a very tight - strong and durable fabric
with both breathability and water repellency. Strength and
water resistance are enhanced by the wax finish.

Wax cotton can be reconditioned and re-proofed using the
Vanson wax sold separately. Use a hair dryer to heat the
area of the garment needing wax - work the wax paste into
the Duck using a dry cloth and a circular motion.

Note: Do not wash or dry-clean wax cotton as it will
lose the wax impregnation and finish. To clean wax
cotton hose off with cool water only.
