One of our most popular understated fashion jackets, the VANSON DAKOTA is modeled after the vintage canvas work-coat, but in leather. True to its barn coat heritage with simple, functional lines, the DAKOTA has work-coat elegance with traditional double-needle topstitching details on the back and sleeves. Two lines of wide topstitching along the bottom hem secure the turn-up in a workmanlike manner. The classic collar, two exterior hand pockets, one zip-close chest pocket, two zip-close inside lining pockets, and solid brass hardware make the VANSON DAKOTA a fully functional/beautiful/cool traditional work-coat/ jacket.

Selected skins are gently tumbled for extra softness
and a slight pebble look. Milling brings the grain up
making the natural markings a little more pronounced.
Garments made of this leather will require very little
breaking-in time as the leather is soft and supple right
away.
