STREAMLINER COMPATIBLE--- There are two possible attachments for the STREAMLINER. One type is a snap-in - the other type is zip-in. The zip-in type has two zippers along the center front facings of a jacket. ---- THE STREAMLINER is a universal insulated removeable liner. It has removable sleeves and lace-adjustable sides. It is reversible - with a hi-visibility safety yellow interior. This jacket is a key tool developed to cope with all the challenge and drama the Boston Police face on a daily basis. Hip length and cleared for action with long side slits for easy and quick open-carry access.

The heavy-duty two-way molded nylon front zipper helps adjust for comfort in a cruiser. Twin inner pockets are set into the lining, anchored to the leather facings for strength and closed with zippers to hold contents securely in place. The left-side inner facing has a concealed carry (CCW) all leather lined kidney-shaped gun pocket with a snap closure. Alongside the gun pocket is a pen holder - for easy access and to keep the ink away from papers, uniform etc. Twin upper-chest flap pockets afford more storage. Both exterior hand pockets close with zippers.

Lots of thoughtfully-placed secure pocket storage helps to make this jacket extremely functional and practical. Twin badge-holder grommets are set into the left chest. Snap-down epaulets at the shoulder seams allow for rank insignia and also function as radio microphone holders. For colder days the Vanson Streamliner vest can be snapped in. This jacket will serve and protect for many years.

Back length is 25.5 ---Front 22 ---Sleeves are 35.5 Nape of neck to Wrist.
Bottom circumference sweep is 45 - however there are +- 8 long side slits
to accomodate holsters and equipment. A strap with three snap settings at
the bottom hem allows adjustment to the opening of the sides and looseness
of the fit.

BLACK FIRENZE - MEDIUM WEIGHT LEATHER ( 1.2 mm )
Selected skins are gently tumbled for extra softness
and a slight pebble look. Milling brings the grain up
making the natural markings a little more pronounced.
Garments made of this leather will require very little
breaking-in time as the leather is soft and supple right
away.
