STREAMLINER COMPATIBLE--- There are two possible attachments for the STREAMLINER. One type is a snap-in - the other type is zip-in. The zip-in type has two zippers along the center front facings of a jacket. ---- THE STREAMLINER is a universal insulated removeable liner. It has removable sleeves and lace-adjustable sides. It is reversible - with a hi-visibility safety yellow interior. As a snap-front denim-style leather jacket, the VANSON MAVERICK is designed and cut like the traditional Western denim jacket the cowboy jacket that won the West.

Ever wonder where this short style with its many front panels came from? During the Civil War the Confederacy was short of fabric and Richmond ordered that short shell jackets be made instead of traditional long cavalry coats.

Cut and stitched using carefully selected hides, the MAVERICK is both casual and fashionable with that noticeable handmade Vanson execution. Faithful to the original Western design, the two top pockets with inset flaps and the side tabs are snap set. Double needle, topstitch details and an inside lining pocket make this jacket a highly functional, retro jacket in the classic Western style.

This naked deer-tanned leather is a throwback to the
1960s scene. This natural look and feel was part of the
deal. Coming out of San Francisco from such famous jacket
makers as East West Musical Instrument Company these naked
earthtone colors defined an era. We are pleased to be
able to reintroduce these colors. Just like the originals
these leathers will develop their own patina from use and
age.

Lighter colors will darken and spot with age and use.
All colors will be aged by sunlight.
Any care materials used should be very lightly applied
they may change the colors and appearance of the leather.
