Riding a vintage bike and are looking for a vintage leather jacket look – Vanson has many Café Racer leather jackets styles to choose from.

So who calls this "vintage" anyway? Since when did the "Real Deal" become "vintage"?  Must be the kids...  Never mind: "get with the program and buy the best, it will last you forever..." so said my Dad...

This is where Vanson comes in. We make the "Real Deal", the old way, by hand, one-at-a-time, in our workshop in Fall River, Massachusetts.  The Vanson DNA stretches from Café Racer to professional Road Race, Drag Race and Flat Track suits.  Since 1974 Every Vanson is designed, engineered, cut and produced by hand in the U.S.A. of imported and domestic materials in our Factory located in Fall River, MA.

The Café Racer jackets in our collection (see below) are mostly the first jacket models we made. Norton Commandos were cool. CB750s still looked newish enough. BMWs came from Berlin. Laverda, Ducati, Benelli and Triumph were all going concerns. The "British Invasion" was fresh and London was definitely the place to be.

Rockers (or Ton-up Boys) and their leathers were a beacon to bikers around the world. Café Racer jackets referenced this in the lifestyle of motorcycle enthusiasts that took pride in modifying their bikes, continuously optimizing them for looks, speed and handling.
That is how the Café Racer was born!
